Your account can have separate limits for retained work, downloads, storage and AI tools. A limit on one feature does not necessarily prevent every other action.
Check the allowance shown in the workspace and the current membership details. If storage is full, keep copies of important files before deleting stored items.
If you believe a limit is incorrect, contact support with the email on your membership and the exact message. Physical-order quantities are separate: one order can contain up to 25 items across its sizes.
