Remove an Artwork Background

Background removal is a Pro feature for artwork saved in Your uploads.

1. Add the original artwork from Artwork → Your uploads and select it on the canvas.
2. In the selected-artwork toolbar, choose Remove Background.
3. Wait for processing to finish, then inspect lettering, fine edges and details that were close to the original background colour.
4. If too much was removed, undo the change or add the original artwork again.

What to Know

A daily allowance applies. A failed request should not use the allowance; if the same file repeatedly fails, keep the original and contact support with the error message.
