Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage an active subscription from My Account.

1. Sign in and open My Account → Subscriptions.
2. Find the active subscription and select Cancel.
3. Read the confirmation screen and confirm the cancellation.
4. Return to the subscriptions page and check that the status and renewal information have updated.

What to Know

Cancelling a membership is separate from cancelling a physical P.O.D order. Contact support if the account page does not show the subscription you purchased.
