WHAT DIMENSIONS SHOULD I UPLOAD MY DESIGN?

The dimensions of the mockup are 1500x1500px so anything less than that is perfect. You can of course add any size design you want, but you will have to scale it down to fit.

The standard dimensions of the mockup are 1500x1500px. The dimensions of our high resolution mockups are 2400x2400px.

CAN I ADD A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND TO MY MOCKUPS?

Yes! To have a transparent background for your mockup, simply delete the Background Color layer.

What is a background remover?

If you have a JPG, our background remover is a tool you can use to remove the background from that image so it can be placed on any color mockup.

How does Early Access to new mockups work?

If you’re a Pro member or you chose to add the early access add-on, you will have access to the next quarter’s mockups before they officially go live on the website. Early access mockups will have a white crown icon in the top right corner. Early access mockups will go live on the site sporadically so keep an eye out!

A text-to-image generator is a way to create unique images and elements that you can use in conjunction with your mockups. You can use this tool directly inside our mockup editor.

What is an express mockup request?

If we’re missing a mockup set you need and you’re on a Pro membership, you can access our express mockup request form. The turn around for express mockups is 1 week after we have the item on hand. We will keep in contact throughout the process.

If we’re missing a mockup set you need and you’re on a Pro membership, you can access our priority mockup request form. A priority request goes to the top of our request list and will be added in the next applicable quarterly update.

Can I integrate with Printify/Prinftul or other print-on-demand services?

No, that isn’t something we offer at this point. If that is something you would like to see added to Mock It, let us know.

How does the 7 day free trial work?

Our free trial gives you full access to all of our mockups. There are no limits on how many mockups you can create and download.
