The editor won’t load/freezes

If you’re having issues with the editor loading or it’s freezing, there’s a few things you can try!

1. Please check your internet connection and make sure you are connected
2. Clear the cache on your browser. See instructions on that here
3. Check other mockup sets. There might be an issue with a specific set. You can let us know which one here
