WHAT DIMENSIONS SHOULD I UPLOAD MY DESIGN?

The dimensions of the mockup are 1500x1500px so anything less than that is perfect. You can of course add any size design you want, but you will have to scale it down to fit.

WHAT DIMENSIONS ARE THE MOCKUPS?

The standard dimensions of the mockup are 1500x1500px. The dimensions of our high resolution mockups are 2400x2400px.

I CAN’T FIND THE COLOR I NEED FOR ____. CAN YOU ADD IT?

If you notice that we’ve missed a color for a particular item, Get in touch with us and we will make sure it’s added for you.

CAN I REQUEST A MOCKUP?

You certainly can! Just head over Here and submit the request. We will do our best to accommodate you but we can’t give timelines on when requests will be added into the Mock It library

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?

Yep! You can cancel your subscription at anytime. No lock-in contracts, no fees, no hidden extras.

CAN I ADD A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND TO MY MOCKUPS?

Yes! To have a transparent background for your mockup, simply delete the Background Color layer.

How many mockups can I make and download per month?

As many as you like! There is no limit on how many mockups you can make and download each month.

What is a background remover?

If you have a JPG, our background remover is a tool you can use to remove the background from that image so it can be placed on any color mockup.

How does Early Access to new mockups work?

If you’re a Pro member or you chose to add the early access add-on, you will have access to the next quarter’s mockups before they officially go live on the website. Early access mockups will have a white crown icon in the top right corner. Early access mockups will go live on the site sporadically so keep an eye out!

What is a text-to-image generator?

A text-to-image generator is a way to create unique images and elements that you can use in conjunction with your mockups. You can use this tool directly inside our mockup editor.

What is an express mockup request?

If we’re missing a mockup set you need and you’re on a Pro membership, you can access our express mockup request form. The turn around for express mockups is 1 week after we have the item on hand. We will keep in contact throughout the process.

What is a priority mockup request?

If we’re missing a mockup set you need and you’re on a Pro membership, you can access our priority mockup request form. A priority request goes to the top of our request list and will be added in the next applicable quarterly update.

Can I integrate with Printify/Prinftul or other print-on-demand services?

No, that isn’t something we offer at this point. If that is something you would like to see added to Mock It, let us know.

How does the 7 day free trial work?

Our free trial gives you full access to all of our mockups. There are no limits on how many mockups you can create and download.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

Once your trial ends you will be moved onto our Standard plan, unless canceled prior.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes! You can easily switch your plan at any time through your account page.

Does my free trial limit my access to features?

On a free trial you will not have access to the background remover, image upscaler or the text-to-image generator. You will have full access to our extensive library of mockups and can create and download as many mockups as you want.
