* For โStandardโ requests, they will be added to our request list without any guaranteed turnaround time, and the creation of mockups is at the sole discretion of Mock It; we reserve the right to determine which mockups are produced, when they are produced, and why, without providing any explanations.
^ For โWe Supplyโ requests, you will be contacted within 24 hours to finalize payment for the item and shipping costs. There is no obligation to pay. The turnaround time for these requests is approximately 2โ3 days after we have the item on hand.
โ For โYou Supplyโ requests, you are responsible for sending us the item to be used for the mockup and for all associated shipping costs; we will provide the shipping address after we have made contact with you, and the turnaround time for these requests is approximately 2โ3 days after we have the item on hand. You will not receive the item back.
Please note that all requests are subject to our discretion and availability; we are not liable for any loss or damage to items during shipping, and by proceeding, you agree to these terms.
