Commercial License Agreement

This Commercial License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and Mock It (“Licensor”), located at www.mock-it.co, governing the use of mockups downloaded or purchased from Licensor’s website.

By downloading or using any mockup from Licensor, Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Scope of Use

Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use mockups downloaded from Mock It for both personal and commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in designing products for sale, creating promotional materials, or developing advertising content.

2. Ownership and Attribution

Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to any blank mockups downloaded from the website. Licensee may only use customized versions of the mockups. Attribution to Mock It is not required but is appreciated.

3. Redistribution and Resale

Licensee is strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing the original or modified versions of any blank mockups provided by Licensor, in whole or in part, in any format.

4. Modification Rights

Licensee is permitted to modify the mockups (e.g., adding designs, changing colors) for use in their personal or commercial projects. However, such modifications do not grant ownership rights to the Licensee over the original mockups.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Licensor is not responsible for:

• How Licensee uses the mockups.
• Any disputes arising from Licensee’s use of the mockups, including legal, financial, or reputational consequences.

Licensee assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws when using Licensor’s mockups.

6. License Duration

The license granted under this Agreement is valid indefinitely. However, this Agreement will terminate immediately if Licensee violates any of its terms, including but not limited to redistribution or resale of mockups.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Each party will bear its own costs for arbitration unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

8. General Terms

• Licensor reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Licensor’s website.
• By downloading or using mockups from Licensor, Licensee acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
