# Fix a Slow Workspace

## Improve a Slow Workspace

Opening a complex mockup, uploading large artwork and preparing a full-resolution export can take longer than simple edits.

1. Wait for the current operation to finish instead of selecting the same control repeatedly.
2. Close mockup tabs you are no longer using; the workspace supports up to three open mockups.
3. Use an updated browser and a stable connection. Pause other large uploads or downloads while adding artwork.
4. If a specific artwork file is slow, export a clean PNG, JPG or WebP under 10 MB and try that copy once.

## What to Know

If normal actions remain slow, contact support with the time, browser, device, mockup name, artwork size and the step that was slow. This helps separate network, server and rendering delays.
