# Change, Cancel or Report a Problem with a Printed Order

## Request a Cancellation or Report a Problem

Contact support immediately with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only confirm cancellation while it is still possible to stop the order before production. A request is not a confirmed cancellation.

Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations or refunds once the order has been sent to production. Check your artwork, sizes, quantities and address before paying.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Keep the item and packaging while we investigate. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

A cancellation notification does not itself confirm a refund. We will tell you separately whether a refund has been approved. Physical-order issues and membership refunds are handled separately.
